What is the schedule for new items?
We offer a new item every single day. A new product is released every night at 11PM Eastern time, seven days a week. If a product sells out during, a new item will not appear until the next release.

I missed yesterday's daily deal, can I still get one?
No. Each product is discontinued at 10:59PM Eastern time. We may get add the deal at a later date, but offer no guarantees, no backorders, and we have no waiting/notification lists.

Can I call you?
No. We are consumed with sourcing new deals and shipping orders. You can email a comment to us, but we don't guarantee we'll respond right away.

Will I receive customer support like I'm used to?
Not quite. If you buy something and must return it to us, then follow the instructions here:
